Knitting two loops together. The looks of the picture demands choosing which of the two loops looks like upmost.
If it is ok to have the left side loop upmost, you can knit the loops as if those were one loop.
But if you need to have the right side loop upmost, you can pick the right side loop as if you were starting one right loop there, but just pick so the loop to the right side's stick. Then do the same to the left side's loop. Then put the sticks side by side, and move thevtwo loops to the left stick. And then again knit the two loops like as if those were one loop. So the upmost one is the one in the left side after moving the loops from one stick to another.

When one knits together two loops, one knits like as if those two loops were one loop, and which loop in that is on the left side, seems to continue. If the loop in the left ought yo continue upmost, there isn't anything complicated in thst. But otherwise one ought to pick first the right side's loop, and then to it's right side the loop that formerly was on the left side. I.e. change the order of those two loops.
The loops to be knitted together ought to be loose one, giving more room to how to knit.
