If one has been cold and then relaxes, one needs to go to toilet at once if one at all feels like so or otherwise one dirties one's bed due to coxy relaxation. And after toilet go again under the warm blanket.
Remember that woolen clothes shrink in warm especially as moist, so take them away if you feel warm and replace by corresponding cotton or synthetic material, especially quickly if there is a danger of sweating.
14.4.2023 The basic difference of tropical climate and cold or cool climate in staying warm is that one should have warm clothes which have been bought from the same town where you wear them and are that climate's idea of warm clothes for that season. And you shoukd not keep company to the cold or cool air around you, so not in tropic's style to humans either because such keeps company to the cool air in between the humans. You ought to have loose clothes so that you have the warm climate like air inside them, and at least two or three layers, the inner for warmth and the outer against wind.
